In a basement filled with college students in a Saturday night frenzy, Dialog Talk possesses a single-minded focus on his craft, and an understated oblivion to the chaos of his surroundings. Dialog Talk is the EDM project of musician Dakota Gill, who can change the feel of a room through his nimble command of drum pads, computers, and snyths. The digital world of Dialog Talk is a singular fixture in the nightlife of the Five Colleges, and of the broader EDM scene pulsing in the Connecticut River Valley.
